1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, most unopened items are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Prefer a different scent? Unopened bottles in original packaging can be exchanged for another CUCUS fragrance of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs more, you'll be asked to pay the difference.

3. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

4. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a different fragrance than what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours and we'll arrange a prepaid return pickup along with your correct item at no extra cost.

5. Missing Product

If an item is missing from your order, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We'll verify with our fulfillment team and ship the missing item or issue a refund promptly.

7. Opened Perfume Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance bottles cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product itself is defective (e.g. faulty spray mechanism) or was damaged/incorrect on arrival.

2. We'll confirm eligibility and share a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible cases) or pickup arrangement.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Hand it over to the courier or drop it at the designated collection point.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you by email of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

10. Refund Timelines

• Inspection: 2–3 business days after we receive the return
• Refund initiation: within 1–2 business days of approval
• Funds reflected: 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer

11. Shipping Charges

Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, a nominal reverse shipping fee may apply, which will be clearly communicated before you proceed.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placing them, before they enter processing. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned per the policy above upon delivery.

We strive to display our fragrances, descriptions, and bottle colors as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color may appear due to screen settings. Fragrance notes describe scent character and may vary subtly from batch to batch, as is natural with any handcrafted perfume.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you'll be charged.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept UPI, major credit/debit cards, net banking, and select wallets through our secure payment partners. Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
